Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit fee for all bookings. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee or loss of your deposit. No show patients will lose their deposit and be invoiced for the remaining 50% of the missed service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to serve all clients effectively.
